This workshop will introduce the 7th, 8th and 9th postures of the Heaven Palm System. Though this experience is part of a series of seminars, it is open to all levels of experience. All basics will be taught and practiced. Complete beginners will simply learn to express the basics through the 7th, 8th and 9th postures.
Beginners and Advanced practitioners alike will learn to utilize these postures while shifting, linear walking, circular walking, attacking and defending.
